Fun Facts About Me

  • My name means “clouds with beautiful patterns” in Chinese.
  • I can speak Mandarin (native) and Cantonese (only conversational), and I start learning French after I moved to Canada! Some resources I found for French learning: online children’s book, children stories.
  • I enjoy musicals. When I am working towards a deadline I like listening to Hamilton. But Mozart! is the one I enjoy most. Come from Away is the most inspiring musical I listened to in 2020.
  • I like jogging, reading, and writing letters and postcards to my pen friends in my spare time. I enjoy detective stories and crime stories most. My comfort books are the original works of Sherlock Holmes.
  • I collect well-designed postcards.
  • I was robbed by a seagull once and I learned I should never leave my food from Tim Hortons unattended in Vancouver :)
